J.D. Power conducts surveys of customer satisfaction, product quality, and buyer behavior for the automotive industry, as well as others. I was tasked with the layout and design of their CXElevate program. These books are intended to help automotive sales and service departments with instilling a positive customer experience by showcasing how other industries do it. Each book, one for sales and one for service, contain brand stories and how they can be translated to the dealership setting.
